your skin does look pretty good at the moment but you should consider using a sunscreen because sun damage is the biggest contributor to aging skin so if you want to keep yourself from getting sun spots and wrinkles for longer, a sunscreen might be good. also skin cancer is a thing so it’d also help prevent that.

We only have to wear inside and on public transport. Hardly anyone wears outside.

If we are out and about in public outside then no we don’t, its up to the individual however in shops we must wear one at all times except when drinking or wanting to eat

Alfie you motivate me so much!!!! All the work that you do for others and your friends and family is truly amazing. You and Zoe are just gonna crush it at parenting when you guys are ready. These vlogs always improve my day and I’m just so happy to follow you and your journey. Honestly though (not saying it is the same for skin) but, for example, when washing your hair if you wash it too often your hair will continue to produce more oils. Hence why you should give your hair a break. I used to wash my hair maybe 3-4 times a week maybe but now I only wash it twice a week and I have been doing this for the past like 4-5 years. It’s also about stopping bad habits like raking your hand through your hair to prevent the over-production of oil

That Nala schedule is literally the first 3 or so weeks of having a baby. For us it slowly got better from there, but it’s exhausting!

I'm with you Alfie,I'm 60 and have only ever used water on my face,then Nivea sensitive moisturiser,I only wear make-up on special occasions and they only wrinkles i've got are in the corners of my eyes and around my lips

Alfie is doing the right thing for his skin, it’s bad to use a ton of chemicals on your skin. He does remind me of my husband though, who has the most amazing skin but told me he washes his face with shampoo 😂 and doesn’t use anything else on his skin (please do not wash your face with shampoo).

They closed the shops for 5 weeks in The Netherlands, except the essentials like supermarkets because it was getting out of hand with the covid cases. It was super bussy everywhere just like you showed 5:40 😣

Where I’m from we legit just went into the strictest lockdown so far, only acces to drug stores or grocery stores. So we’re all stressing to get x-mas gifts in time. The vlogs are a great distraction though!

I wash my face at night to get the makeup off but then I have to make sure every bit of cleanser is off. In the morning I just use water.

i live in a building and during the holidays we went into a super strict lockdown so where you couldnt be more then 1km away from your house and going out was allowed only in order to have walks alone \ to go food shopping , so we had the holiday dinner with the neighbors across the hall

All I put on my face/wash my face with is water too, and I've never had spots. I think it's probably my genetics though. In nature people wouldn't put chemicals on their skin, so it makes sense that skin would be better the less you put on it.

It’s so weird that I saw Zoe and you had a daughter in my dream and she was 100% Alfie 🤷🏽‍♀️ I mean I had assignments these 2 days and I didn’t even watch any one of your or Zoe’s vlog but I saw the dream out of a sudden and she was so little with 2 pigtails While Ice skating ⛸ absolutely killing it 😅

Not just me that doesn't wash their face either, and i dont have bad skin. ( im a teen) I have found that when I wash my face with anything even water exept in the shower I break out

I rarely get spots etc and I only used water too bc my face is sensitive to a lot of products so I find it v hard to find a skincare routine that works for me. I only use garnier moisturiser and that's all

What you’re saying about Louis hair is so true. People don’t understand that! The less you watch your hair the better, your hair will create the oils and stuff on its own. 10 days is way over average Zoe 😂 at best I can do 4 days

I've had the same face care routine forever, I just splash really cold water on my face every morning. I really do need to start using anti-aging stuff, should've started at least 5 years ago. But people always assume I'm like 5 years younger then I actually am.

No I only use a cleanser and moisturizer and I only get if any a few spots and that’s usually on my period but I completely agree your skin doesn’t need so much stuff on if you’re taking care of the inside it reflects out unless it’s like a medical reason then that’s completely different

my husband doesnt wash his face with anything but water also and he doesnt moisturize at all xD I always tell him to wash properly and use a creme but he says he doesnt need it. Also really interested to hear about the acid reflux spezialist appointment you had which you mentioned in zoes vlog :)

Just giving advise kids are a lot more similar than dogs I just got a Pomeranian he is my problem child I could happily have another child who listens I’ve got 2 kids one being 9 …little miss sass 4yrold it’s a lot to have kids. But I’m glad I had them young I’m almost 30 now but I couldn’t do it it’s mentally draining now

I've just gotten ill 2 days ago and am now waiting for my covid test results 😭 if i test positive i won't get to spend Christmas with my dad & family 🎄
