Facing off against the toughest BBQ challenge in Australia at Hurricane's Grill in Sydney! Hungry diners have only 30 minutes to finish 3 racks of beef short ribs, 1kg of Louisiana style chicken wings, and over 1kg of chips and onion rings. Winners can earn free ribs at Hurricane's for an entire year, and a spot up on their wall of fame! This one was so intimidating, that I asked my good friend and Australia's #1 Pro Eater, ‪@jwebbycaneat‬, if he would join me at the table!

Great attempt. When they brought out the ribs and you said 30 minutes I thought no way you would need 45 minutes. Keep the great videos coming. Can hardly wait to see Randy's attempt in a month or so when he gets his editing done.

I like beef ribs more than pork ribs, but either can be amazing when cooked by those who know barbecue. Given a choice, I'd go for beef every time.

You talk too much you spend more time talking than you did eating why don’t you talk less eat more I think you would’ve beat the challenge. 10 more minutes Katto, that was humongous, James was Vann Damme in Universal Soldier. He still looked hungry after. Happy to see Aussie challenges haven’t all been a walk in the park, you were tearing up everything in sight. Saying things (like he’s not fat) and that people need to stop saying they look cute together is his defense mechanism that is doesn’t bother him. He’s extremely insecure.

Katinaaaa! Good Lord, Girl! THAT was the tastiest pile of ribs I've seen in a LONG time! Those ribs were TENDER! OMGOSH my mouth was watering just watching. Here you are (on Easter) having ribs and I was relegated to a slice of ham (😕). Not really a fan. Anyway, I thought maybe we'd see a Cool Hand Luke-esque hard boiled Easter egg challenge! hahaha! Those ribs were huge!! Randy is, IMHO, plainly insecure and controlling, and the best thing that Katina could do is get as far away as possible. I stopped watching his vids because I can't stand his attitude.
