As far Monal 2022 was my first fie tournament, i was really lucky to watch really tons of great bouts. This was one of them! It needs a lot of planning and concentration in order to beat a taller and stronger opponent like Siklosy(he is a giant). But you've shown that it is doable! You could sometime upload a video discussing the way you or anyone else can study better his own bouts. Thank you! I am waiting for your next video! Greetings from Greece!

Thank you so much for coming to say Hi! Sorry I couldn't watch your bouts since I was still fencing! If you have videos let me know and I'd be happy to go over them with you (doesn't have to be a public video), I like that idea, I'll try to workout how I could make a video about that! Thanks Again!

Every time he pushed you to the back line he came away with a single. BUT!!!! that was really excellent strategic fencing and you almost had him. On the last point it looked as if you were caught between a parry and an extension. I have been watching and learning from you videos. Thanks and hopefully you will do even better with the top fencers in the future.

Awesome, thanks for sharing this, also the last point of the Fava Park match at 30:30 was pretty cool too, Park walking to the line like "my work here is done"

I was actually almost distracted by it but snapped back to my bout instantly!, the video doesn't quite match out loud the French crowd was!

Fun to hear commentary of your own bout. Nice fencing. Seems like siklosi initiated most of the actions on the final touches. Go get'im next time!

The last hit gave me goosebumps. Sometimes the line between winning / losing is that small. A small bend in the elbow. Even though the title gave away the end results, it still almost felt like there was a chance watching it in real-time haha! Sucks man, but I/we sincerely appreciate you putting yourself out there. Hopefully, others will too. Thank you for the analysis, keep them coming!

I gotta say, I've been watching your content for a long time. I gotta say you did a excellent job with Siklosi. Don't beat your self up, you'll definitely get him next time. You liked one of my videos on instagram which suprised me. Anyways, keep up the good work, your officially playing with the big boys now. I'm tryna get like you.

My teammate and I were watching this match from the stands and we were really impressed with how well you fenced it. We really thought you were heading for the upset. With a bit of luck one of us will get to fence you in Heidenheim. In any case, really well done to make it to a 64 and nearly winning!

Thank you! I was certainly the underdog and I am sure many people did not expect such a battle! If you are in Heidenheim next month please come say Hi!

It is happy to see a fencer explaining how you fence and how you analyse fencing lol btw he is a Olympic silver medalist man and his fencing is so stable like it is very hard to fence against them but you did a 15-14 I mean definitely not bad for you,ofc there are still room to get better lol,keep grinding man

great bout and analysis - love how you interjected the video of Canonne -- nice hit on # 3 followed by many more hits to his hand. Any suggestions on how to increase point accuracy? Good idea to parry his fleche on hit #12. Maybe keep that one for future bouts -- mixing up stop hits with parry/reposte, and not so heavily trying to stop into his fleches. Best of luck in future competitions.

For point accuracy I would recommend lots of practice on a dummy, you should be able to land hits without looking. Once you get in a bout aim for where their hand will be and not where it is. You’re not trying to hit it right where it is but where it will be after you make them react, like the 3rd hit I knew he would do 8 so I placed my tip where it would be on 8

great parry but even greater riposte on 12 11 !! no need to be sad, great match! but yes, you were lazy in that moment and felt it and went for it!

@GPFencing2 жыл бұрын
J’avoue que le montant de pro activité a défendu dramatiquement vers la fin, dans ma tête I’ll me coinçait en fond de piste mais après avoir regarder le match j’avait souvent plus que un retraite de manœuvre à ma disposition:(

Hello I like your movements (legs) but I think you move too much your tip. Ex: 5-6 for you. Obviously he's going to push/attrack you to get a point and if you're moving too much your tip you can't be available... counter attack, paray ... etc.
