It seems that the actresses who play the Borg Queen have a self-assuredness, a quiet confidence that is such an integral part of the Borg Queens persona. The Borg Queen is very intelligent, mostly calm, has a formidable presence. She is, at once, terrifying, fascinating, has a very commanding presence.

What two women is she talking about ? She was only onscreen with Kate Mulgrew so what other actress is she referring to sharing the screen with ?
