The work for January needs to be done now. Not January 31st at 23.59. Calls need to be made, enquiries need to be launched and bodies need to be in 1st week of Jan. This window will make or break the club and I hope Radz and Bielsa realise this.

I don’t think Bielsa is good for any club long term. That’s why he’s never stayed in one for more than 2 years. Premier league is a different ball game to any other league in the world, you need great big squads and a diff approach to playing these games week in week out. Beilsa’s philosophy is flawed at the highest level, too old and stubborn to change. Time for him to go along with half the championship squad.

Astonishing was the word on the advertising board at Elland Road and astonishing is the word to describe the current situation the club finds itself in. Injuries are certainly a major factor and that in of itself raises questions but the squad is seriously lacking quality and quantity. The summer window transfer window was an unmitigated disaster for the failure to bring in the necessary players for the right positions to add to the first team. To add insult to injury, they should have signed Cornet not Firpo and Man Utd were were rubbing their hands with glee for the money we overpaid to acquire James. We don't have any depth at left back and if Meslier were to get injured we really are up the creek without a paddle. It was extremely shortsighted of all the Leeds hierarchy to think that last season's success could be duplicated without improving the team in a significant manner. This would not have necessitated silly expenditures but rather with shrewd permanent signings and loans. It's not too late to turn things around but signings are essential in the January window.

Leeds recruitment is the main problem it's been poor. The players they have bought are over priced. Does Victor Orta watch these players before he buys them. The only player of value is Raphina. Leeds Will never buy quality players

Frankly, we're going to lose next match or two anyway, so I'm glad we're being forced to give the lads some experience. Might be enough to save us from January on. Specially from February, when they've had a few games. They conceded three goals first half, but after their first half experience, they only conceded one, and scored one in the second half. Agree about Klich. When the ball was passed just behind him, the Arsenal player next to him ran and got the ball. Klich stood there with his hands on his knees for two seconds, then started jogging back slowly.

That was absolute shite Ollie. Embarrassing once again against a poor Arsenal team. We helped them out in the first half and the match was over. Bielsa stuberness has affected us big time surely we know now that we can't go man for man marking against the top 6 when we have some players out that first half was embarrassing. The midfield was non existent again I know we have terrible injuries but we need to go to a safer system not the same one that we get ran through every time against the Top 6. The fans were top class as usual. I've always felt we would struggle this year as we haven't added enough in the summer hard to believe Forshaw was the last midfielder we bought. Need to focus on Villa and Burnley. Liverpool will run riot on boxing day.

Only Ayling is 1st choice in our defence and he is playing out of position , injuries are hitting us hard at the moment . players are being found out now but our squad isnt good enough . However i believe we were only gonna get a point out of our December fixture . saving grace is that the bottom 3 are all worse than us and 5 point gap is huge when in half a season you only have 11 . You cant expect the team to play like they have the last 3 years with so many of them out . a few injury players back and our real 1st team is more than capable of keeping us up .
