When I was seven my family moved out to the countryside. The town we lived in was super scarce so me and my sister didn't have a lot of options for friends. The only other kid our age within a mile radius was a girl from down the street. We hung out a bit at first but she was very shy and I could tell she didn't really know how to interact with people. Since we were both kids, my sister and I found her weird and didn't want to hang out with her. The only problem was that she would come to our house every day. My mum would originally just tell her that we were out, but eventually even she would just hide when the girl came around. It would get to the point where my whole family would just lie on the floor and listen as she walked around looking through our windows and letter box. We moved back after the summer holidays and somehow my parents got me and my sister back in our previous classes, with all our old friends. This was all back in 2014. I do feel bad for that girl. She wasn't in the wrong, just someone we coulden't understand. Wherever you are, Sam, I hope you're doing better now.
