Hey folks! A couple things to clear the air 💜 1. I am not quitting KZfaq! This is part 1 of a mini series, and part 2 is coming soon! 2. The last 1.5 years have been very difficult. I keep my personal life off my channel, because this is my place to escape. I hope it's a place for you to escape and forget about your hardships too. I know a lot of things were left unsaid in this video, which may have been confusing... but it felt freeing (and sad) to leave that chapter behind and look ahead to a new one. Just couldn't quite put it into words. Kind of like a painting. Anyway, please be mindful and kind to the people around you. You don't always know what they're going through. 💕

I remember when we moved 3 years ago, leaving my old studio behind after 10 years was hard, (especially the packing I swear that room had the most boxes, other than my hubbies garage), but I love my new space and have had fun making it feel like mine again :). I hope you love your new space and all the potential and refresh it brings

I usually don't watch videos with just music for the most part but watching this made me so emotional. I was smiling and laughing at the memories of all the videos you have made in this room and also teary eyed at the thought of you leaving it but most importantly, an overwhelming feeling of proudness. Gosh! I am just not able to remember my first real studio. I have moved my work area just in this house 4 times! From a spare bedroom, to the garage, into a larger bedroom and finally out into the dining room/ backdoor alcove because I just wanted to be out in the living area of the house and not tucked away in a room by myself. So I have a studio home! Art projects are everywhere and I work anyplace I wish! I do still have a computer room for working with computers and storing equipment. You just gotta keep traditional supplies separate from digital, well I do. It is just to messy if I don’t! I am looking forward to seeing you put your new studio together! Make something that you can keep expanding and enjoy spending time there! It is your job and being comfortable can make a real difference to you and your mental health. So glad that you are moving into a new home. Best of everything to you and your family!

I remember the microscope video, I really loved that video and I think it would be so fun that when you're in your new studio if your first video was looking at newer art supplies that you didn't have the last time, under the microscope. Perhaps your favourite gold pen, and a few other things like the wool and maybe even a Starbucks cup or two? Just an idea. I can't wait to see what the future brings!

Phew, the beginning was very somber, I’m glad it was the usual just moving house. Interesting to see it all come apart and friends come in to help and dance. I just noticed the rug pattern looks a little like funfetti cake with all the scattered flowers.
