FULL LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
Serves: 4 Prep Time: 5 Cook Time: 20
- 10 oz Box Rotini Pasta ( I used Chickpea, but use whatever kind you like)
- 1 Lb Thinly Sliced Chicken Breast
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Heaping Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Cajun Seasoning
SAUCE:
- 1 Tsp Butter
- 1 Small Onion, Diced
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth or White Wine
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 5oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Italian Seasonings
- 1 to 2 Tsp Seasoned Salt
- Parsley for Garnish
Additional Ingredients:
- Spinach
- Cooked Chicken
- Cooked Pasta
- Chicken Base for Boiling Noodles
- Water

Oh man this looks so amazing🤤. Ive never tried the chickpea pasta but i have tried red lentil pasta and it is really good!

This looks tasty. A couple of things I might do different is pound out the chicken breasts to be thin before cooking in the pan, and chopping up the spinach a little bit before adding. Sometimes spinach can get a little stringy which might put off people that have texture issues.
