Bissell PowerForce Helix. 1700 series. Manufactured January 11, 2016. Acquired a month ago from the recycling pile by my lot with a few other machines, this is the last one I still have. 2016 model of the redesign Helix model PowerForce. Works pretty good considering the less powerful 8 Amp motor.

Just purchased at Walmart for $54 , it cleaned my carpets extremely well, great suction , I was impressed.., my carpets were looking very old that I wanted to cover every inch but after using this vacuum I’m very happy with the results ! Carpets now look like I got it deep clean

The way it pulls on the carpet is cool. You should had showed how much dirt it pick up tho.

Can you still get a 1700 or do you have to find them in trash finds now just wondering I’m not a fan of the newer Bissell’s I liked he older model bissell better and dysons

The amps on the machine only indicates how much power the machine uses, the amp number is not necessarily a means of measuring the machines cleaning performance just electrical use.

When I say powerful, I literally mean it uses less power. I still prefer the older ones due to lower motor pitch, but these perform just fine. This one was hard to push on my carpet in this video, which was a bit odd.
