I would like you to do videos for labor nurses on how to deliver a baby in a precipitous delivery if the doctor doesn't arrive in time (I actually had to do this as a nursing student in my capstone!), an epidural and nursing interventions related to it, circulating in the OR, basic instruments used in a c/s and the process of a c/s, how to administer a blood transfusion, various circumcisions and patient education r/t them, and how to troubleshoot all of the alarms and beeps of an iv pump:). I have just recently discovered your channel, and it has been so useful in helping to remind me of knowledge I have needed reminding of after being away from bedside OB nursing for over a decade.

Still my wife is also pregnant with 30 weeks and doctor adviceed 2 doses of this injection and she feels shortness of breath . We want to know how long time she has to suffer with this problem

I am 32 week pregnant and my doctor gave me 1st dose of this drug as I had mutiple miscarriage before. I do have gestational diabetes. Please let me know if it impacts my baby growth or something. And I heard it may also decrease the fetal movements can you please answer me

Yes decreased fetal movement is expected. Decreased growth usually isn't significant but your doctor should be monitoring you and baby.

Thanks for your reply. How long we can feel the decrease in fetal movements. Still I have 6 weeks for my delivery. Is it expected that all the 6 weeks will have less or no fetal movements? Please reply I am expecting this after 6 yrs of wait period. Your response means a lot to me
