This cover song was delivered to my label over two weeks ago, with the purpose of being released in time for Pride Month.
Unfortunately, in the time elapsed since then, we’ve been faced with a tragedy that calls for our much needed attention.
While we are still fighting for equality in the lgbtq+ community, we still have a long way to go, and there still remains an absurd amount of injustice for minorities in America.
I cannot adequately express my distain for how our government, and above all, our president is reacting to what’s happening in America right now.
I encourage you to educate yourself, go out and protest, donate, and raise your voice to speak out against this injustice.
I’ll also be sharing a few links to donate to if you have the means to do so.

I rediscovered her during quarantine. Funnily enough, it was because MatPat’s theory videos about what her channel used to be showed up on my recommended feed- I decided to come to the channel to see how she was doing since, and it’s one of the few decisions I’ve made that I don’t regret.

Dont get me wrong i was growing up with original and i still and always will love it, but...this is just pure gold. She just kept the essence of the song the groove of it and just made it harsh angry, aggresive...thank you for keeping this gem alive. Love your voice.

This song is such a nostalgic one for me... it makes happy that t.A.T.u. Is still resonating with artists nowadays. They were unique at that time and I’m yet to find a group o singer like them... poppy is trying since she released XLIX though. EDIT: it makes happy so many people liked this comment since it means, in a way, that t.a.t.u. Is still in their minds, and most importantly, playlists too.

i think that robot doll is what made her standout. That album was one of the best in a long time and that look had a big part of her whole image

When people says Poppy's face shows no emotions...i just want you to know hidden feelings can't always be seen through your face. Maybe sometimes people can see through your eyes but... sometimes, feelings is just way too dark to reveal. I love how Poppy express her emotion and thoughts through song choice. She's so brave for speaking up.
