Rich Dad Poor Dad books allowed me to take my passions and motivation and apply it towards the PROPER things. That has resulted in my success. The books alone won't change your life, you still have to WANT it more than anything else and must be willing to sacrifice for a short period of time before you start to build INCREDIBLE wealth.

Three types of incomes: 1. Earned income (taxed) 2. Portfolio (taxed) 3. Passive income (never taxed) Middle Class and poor people have never passive income. Their incomes are always under government control and are always taxed. While the rich people have multiple passive income which is never taxed. That's why rich people get richer and poor people get poorer. 💸 ❄️ 💸 ❄️ 💸 ❄️ 💸 ❄️ 💸 ❄️

I have always been interested in house flipping and keeping some along the way as Investments. I am not sure if that's the best way or just keep the properties.? And is it better to run under a business or keep them in your personal name? I am still in the homework stage at the moment and hope to be ready in the next 3 years. Wish I was ready now but not in the right financial place just yet. Anyone have advice for me please 🙂

I don'y understand, I have a question, in his book (which I have the audio version) he starts from cashflow to the product \, he says product is the las thing, but here he starts xplaining the B-I triangle from the product to cashflow, which way should I look at the B-I triangle, do i need cashflow first, (which logically, I cannot have cashflow yet because I am not selling anything) or do i focus on creating the product and go all the way down?

As far as I know, he gives an example with McDonald’s. He asked his audience "Who can cook a better burger than McDonald’s?". Many people raised their hands, but when he asked "Who can build a better system than McDonald’s?" and no one did. It means that your product doesn't have to be perfect or super unusual, but you need perfect system. Sorry for poor English.

hvm85 I have heard the same. “Big business” needs to be redefined, in this teaching, by more than one criteria. Maybe to include, “big business turns $1B+ a year in profits.” More & more small businesses are doing $1M+ in yearly sales.

How do your employees in Rich Dad deal with the fact that you're always telling people not to be employees? Don't they feel conflicted?
@marleighrose3709
@marleighrose3709 Жыл бұрын
He explains in Rich Dad Poor Dad that his plan of action toward becoming financially free actually made him a better employee because he was using his earned money to invest in assets (rather than liabilities). He encourages people in the book to keep their profession and do it well but “mind their own business” in order to build their wealth. So there’s no conflict there. Everyone starts somewhere and being an employee isn’t inherently bad. It’s just financially unwise to depend solely on a paycheck from an employer or the gov when you can be investing in assets and letting your “money work for you.”

How would you invest $750.00 monthly? REIT's?
@HWandW
@HWandW 4 жыл бұрын
Lostcreek 1 Have you played the game Cashflow 101? If you know that game (and CF 202) well enough you would know the answer to your question. You may still be able to sign up on RichDad.com and play it online. If you have an iPad2 there is a Cashflow 101 game app. You may find a cashflow club and/or REIA (Real Estate Investors Association) in your area. You can find the board game used for an inexpensive price (probably eBay). At this point in our economy, with the devaluation of the USD eminent, make sure that you hold physical precious metals and/or other tangible assets. You can have some stored at home (3 months expenses on hand to trade/barter/sell) and more stored in a holding vault. What kind of returns do REITs give? Subtract taxes, fees, and real inflation (you can calculate it from tracking the prices of consumables over the years). You will ALWAYS lose money if an investment cannot keep up with inflation. Most of the “investments” that brokers sell are a waste of time & effort. Learn from Kiyosaki. As a continual student, and a graduate of Rich Dad mentoring, I got 41.99% ROI on $2k (that was great for a broke college student). After you have precious metal holdings invest in your knowledge and learn to speed read. The national debt clock will only run so long and when the alarm goes off your bank accounts and traditional investments maybe frozen (meaning you can’t access them and financial institutions use those monies for a bail-in). In short, Kiyosaki says to invest in 3 asset classes: paper, businesses, and real estate. But there are prerequisites for those. The B-I triangle is great for examining assets to see if they are worthy.

Did you buy the property or are you renting it from a landlord; what kind of contact did you sign? If you own it, you can sell it. If you’re under a lease or rental contact talk with management and see how you can get out. If you get someone to replace you (takes over your contact) that would be more likely to be successful.
