Most father's go to custody cases non aggressive and loose, most father's are victims to the silver bullet so they have to be aggressive to win in litigation, your videos are definitely geared to helping women not men

I did everything right. I made deals that let her keep control of our daughter throughout the court proceedings. And offered to fly both of them out to my home for visitation at no cost to her. All my offers have been refused. And no physical visitation is ever offered. Always just face time. But since my first lawyer got my case dismissed twice because he never filed certain paperwork, the ONE mistake I personally made completely derailed my case. Sometimes, the judges just don't take into account your reasonableness.

I remember living with my aunt while she was going through a divorce. Her oldest also lived with us. (He and I were 18) she was a manipulative evil bitch and she was always so rude to my cousin and I kept trying to tell her she needed to be better and she kept going, "well hes doing this to me." I was like, "YOUR HIS FUCKING MOTHER. You need to be the bigger person! You aren't "besties" or "partners" be mature for once in your life." Unfortunately she got custody of her three younger kids because, "She didn't have a job so she could spend more time with the kids."

That's terrible. Unfortunately, parents don't have to be awesome, they just have to be "adequate", which is well below the standard I think most of us hold ourselves to as parents.

In my situation, this has never worked- this has however allowed my ex and his attorney be more convincing when lying about me, in front of me in court, bc if it was a lie, would I not dispute it? Why do I not protest? Also, they are aggressive about going to the judge and third parties behind my back, to present atrocities, which I can’t defend bc I never know they took place

How do you attain court approval if ex is narcissist and makes you constantly defend yourself? Does the judge realize who the actual conflict is coming from?

Most of the time they do, if you can remain calm and have the patience for them to figure it out without become reactive to the narcissist.
