Alyson Felix over Merlene Ottey, Cathy Freeman, Marie-Hose Perec? Huge American bias I see

I mean I probably have bias but Marlene Ottey was never an Olympic Champ and Cathy Freeman only won 1. So yes I would say Allyson Felix is more accomplished than both.

@@Performancelabofcalifornia I see you ignored Marie-Jose Perec who is more accomplished in both the 200m and 400m than Allyson Feliz is. Olympic Champion in the 400m twice and 200m. She did the double in Atlanta winning the 200 and 400m gold. Something Allyson could never do. She's also a 2 time Gold Medalist in the 400m at the World Championships. In comparison Allyson has 1 individual Olympic gold in the 300m. and 4 World Championship Golds. 3 in the 200 and 1 in the 400. And lets be honest Athletes Greatness is measured in what they do in the Individual events, no one ever remembers the relays.

@@Shocker700 yeah Marie-Hose Perec is not easy to leave off the list, could be American bias and I get the argument about the relays.. She just has so many Olympic and world championships. Couldn’t leave her off the list.

Flojo, and Lewis should not be on this list. What criteria are we looking at when you say " accomplished". Flojo ran good times for like 1 or 2 years. Carl is a drug cheat that tried to call out other drug cheats. I would say Greene could go as well, but he had a decent career. Where is Yohan Blake and Asafa Powell?

I explained it at the beginning was mostly about individual gold medals in the Olympics and world championships.

@@Performancelabofcalifornia Flo jo STILL...should not be on this list. You said ACCOMPLISHED. One fire season and then mysteriously disappearing when testing became mandatory.... is not accomplished.

@@kevinfraser5296 yeah it’s definitely a good argument. She just had probably the greatest olympic performance of any sprinter ever in that one Olympic Games.
