Hello guys! How are you? This is the first video I post this in 2020 because I want to take it easy this year! KZfaq is too stressful for me 😂 I was wearing a hat because I cut my fringe so badly that it looks decent only if I cover most of it with an hat ahah
I did this challenge “in private” without sharing it on socials because I always get very anxious when I do a challenge publicly because I feel pressured to do always well and I am so afraid of letting people down that I get way too stressed and fail all the time so I did it in this way! I hope you like this video!

Hahaha I used to draw my college roommate while she was asleep and it always felt so creepy, but I learned a lot about the way blankets rest over a body... at least 😂

Hey! It's Wero! The end of my Skillshare trial is coming soon. I used your link. I did some of the drawing classes but I haven't spent a ton of time on them. Sometimes drawing feels too much like work when you're not feeling it. But I can tell it's helping me improve.

Vero bonita your background and your outfit its so cute 😭❤ I got a new sketchbook for Valentine's day, so I think I could use it to finally work on the 100heads challenge which I started but drop it on the first week, back in january last year I think😬 I hope I can finish it this time. your drawings are so good! also since you strugled with drawing wrinkles, think of the skin in older people as though its a fabric that has lost its stretch. its basically lying over the skull and hanging down and against the skull. skin is stretchy, just over time it loses it which is why you get wrinkles. its pretty cool and id recommend trying to draw a basic skull and adding the skin over the top like a fabric. Your drawings were amazing tho, sorry if i sound rude or anything :'D

Don't be too hard on yourself as far as not feeling like you have studied anatomy enough just yet. The fact that you are aware of the areas in which you would like to grow is a powerful observation by itself. Wrinkles, children's faces, and the technical terms used to describe them aren't nearly as important as honing your observational skills through repetition. I feel like the most important thing regarding the 100 heads challenge is that you put a lot of effort into drawing all those heads and completed the challenge. It doesn't matter how long it took you. The experience you gained from doing the work is priceless. You're drawing skills are fantastic! Keep it up.

I agree! I think that they have to convince themselves that is “so much better” because they paid so much for it and it makes them feel better! 😂 I know the pro is more powerful, but it terms of drawing experience is not different at all!

WeroNoYume its funny how people say that pro is better for drawing because you can have 838392 layers and non pros can have «only» 40-60 but realistically, who needs that many layers???????? I do semi realism and use 10 layers at once tops lol

And honestly the difference between the amount of layers is not even that much it’s only a few more 🤣

I have the iPad 6. Gen from 2018 and I just love it. It’s everything I need, I bought it used for only 250€ and I never had any performance problems in combination with procreate and the Apple Pencil. A friend of mine bought the iPad Pro from 2018 and she paid like 800-900€ and to be honest, there’s not a huge difference. Of course, if you are used to the pro, you notice small differences but I‘m used to my 9,7‘‘ iPad and it works just fine

Take your time! To be honest doing them quickly just to finish the challenge is not really helpful so you can take it slow so that you can concentrate on what you're doing! 😊

I only made it through like 23 heads when I tried this challenge because my wrist was sooo done with me. Please don't be so hard on your art! It makes me sad! You should try this line-of-action (dot)com website it has nice live modeling type images to study and you can set it to work on timed function and I believe it tends to do fairly well ranged variety of models.

Hah, those are some creepy kids! They are really dificult to draw though: On the one hand so expressive, on the other you cannot draw many lines or they will appear old (like yours kinda do^^).Drawing kids is a mystery...
