The 11 Citizenship by Investment Programs in 2018

There have been a lot of new economic citizenship offerings in recent years, as well as many programs that have changed their requirements.
Currently, there are 11 main citizenship by investment programs:
St. Kitts and Nevis, Dominica, Grenada, Antigua and Barbuda, St. Lucia, Vanuatu, Malta, Cyprus, Moldova, Montenegro, and Turkey
We've excluded non-westerner friendly programs like Egypt and Jordan, as well as programs that technically aren't economic citizenships, like that of Austria.
Citizenship by investment is an excellent way to get a second passport quickly, and the growing number of options means there may be one for you. However, it's always worth evaluating all of your options - including cheaper passport options - before committing.

Based on previous videos, Dominica & St. Lucia seem like the place to start for the newbie. Montenegro sounds like a nice place if thinking long term or migrating there. It would be great to hear the intricacies of Cambodia though too bad it isn't straight forward process.

From everything I've read about the Bahamas, it appears to be tax friendly(doesn't charge inheritance tax, income tax, etc.). Property/land purchase is the start of permanent residency. I've not seen anything on your channel about the Bahamas. Plenty of wealthy people register their yachts there as well as cruise ships are registered their as well. One of the cruise lines own a couple of the private islands in the Bahamas. In your estimate, would the Bahamas be an option for someone looking to do a 2nd citizenship? Also, do you have any thoughts/knowledge of Gibraltar? I know they're not a part of the EU. That's where all the newly launched superyachts seem to be delivered and where they fuel up to cross the Atlantic to go to the Caribbean and vice versa( since it's not part of the EU they don't have to pay the tax on fuel).

Could you do a topic about what countries best suited for people of color. like African Americans. I'm not sure how Georgia is with expecting diversity. Not only saving on taxes but living comfortable and safe in these countries are very important.
