@@PL3AYRE not really. since the arrow was not approaching the car the same speed as if it would be an stationary target. You could compare it to a car crash vs braking. it would certainly hurt, but most likely would even puncture his skin (they used practice arrow with blunt tip)

3:30 For the heaviest car ever made, I think Cadillac's "The Beast" would have something to say about that. It's 9.98 tonnes. If we're not strictly talking heaviest car ever made, but rather customizable consumer cars made available to the public, then perhaps you're right.
