Huge fan of Dungeon Crawl Classics, I love that system. The magic is wild, the Warriors are mighty, the adventures are deadly, the art is fantastical, and the community is HUGE, incredibly welcoming and supportive.

Great overview! How do you define an adventure game vs a roleplaying game?

An RPG where the main goal is to go on a fantasy adventure. I use it as a sub category of RPG. Others would be horror, or sci-fi, spy craft and so on.

My favorite version of Symbaroum right now is the 5e version. Also the best version of 5E in my opinion.

@@Sebbaasdungeon Wow, that's a surprise. Have you done a video critique of Symbaroum's system and how you feel the 5E version is better? I typically find 5E to be a superheroic fantasy and therefore past first level, it's increasingly difficult to keep the tension at the table.

Greetings, Have you ever acquainted yourself with the teachings of Cardinal Jeffro Johnson the Wise and the principles of the BROSR as he laid them down? I'd be curious to hear your opinion on it.

I know of it. It seems like an interesting play style. What I don't like is categorizing any style of play as "right" or "wrong", "good" or "bad". As long as you are having fun playing, you're not doing it wrong.
