I managed to do my first ollie today! I've had my skateboard for around a week now. I am so excited!!

A year ago I discovered this channel and fell in love with skateboarding again. I promised myself that when the pandemic would be over I'd go out and finally learn how to ollie. Unfortunately, nothing has changed, furthermore I developed OCD due to this whole situation, it was a long year of just watching videos and saying "I can do that! I want to skate!". But unexpectedly, a way to get out of my OCD is going out and take walks, so I used this as an excuse to finally grab my skate and go practicing: today I first landed a pop, not quite an ollie 'cause I didn't flatten the board, but this left me with more desire to skate than a year ago, and hopefully this will help me get out of my OCD. Thank you Braille for saving my year and my health!!!

I am 45 years old. More than 30 years ago I started skating, but never made a simple ollie. Only rolling around a bit from time to time. And now inspired and teached by your videos I started skating again. The day before yesterday I made my first counting ollies with some speed. Yesterday I laneded the first shove it and some other beginner stuff. It´s great and I´ll keep going. Thanks a lot and go on.

Back in the early 2000s we didn't have videos on skateboarding tricks but we did have photos with instructions In my circles anyway. This would make a beginners life so much easier or someone like me who haven't skated for over 15 years and has become a little rusty so thank you

Skaters have this ability to make their tricks look easy, I am a beginner and started a few days ago. Recently learned the Feet Stomp on grass, and just managed it on pavement (I’m sitting outside lol)

Watched this video a little under 3 years ago and I wanted to learn every trick on this list. As I’m today, I finally landed a solid Ollie north and have learned all 15!

By the first trick Ryden (Andy's son) calls it the "Baby Leaf Trick"

Easiest Skateboarding tricks: ollie Me: *visibly confused*

When I first was taught "the feet stomp" (like a decade ago), it was just called the beginner flip. It's actually the reason I stopped skating, I rammed the board into my shins so many times trying it. I started skating again, but I still fear that trick. UPDATE: I just mastered the trick

Aaron, I found the Braille channel via your tutorial on cleaning the ball bearings because a buddy's used board I got as a gift rolled so terribly badly and I wanted to change that. I think it's doubly cool that I found your videos of all things, because my first discovery was: I ride Goofy. So your videos are much more catchy for me because I don't have to think in mirror images at all. Thanks for the great videos.

Lol on the posting pictures to look better thing. I did an boneless over a gap in a skateboard contest. I could barely ollie at that time. The crew for the event took a photo and posted it writing: "Fat Backside Air over gap" I posted that picture legit everywhere!! One time I was also standing still on a ledge, posting it everywhere and writing: "Noseslide"

I learned to Ollie first. Shuvits and kick flips always eluded me but I could land about 2% of my heel flip attempts haha. Cant wait to pick up a board again 😁
