No, they shouldn't it would be complete anarchy. As It was they killed several completely innocent people and murdered a man who was trying to help with a peaceful solution to the Palestinian/Israel conflict and had nothing to do with the Munich Massacre. We have laws and a justice system for a reason and it doesn't include the assassination of whoever a country deems should be dead.

I agree and this is what the palestinians are doing since 1948 when they were massacred and kicked out of their homes. When you defend your country you have no limits on how to do it.

I remember that well, everywhere on the news, in the Netherlands, yes it was a very bad action by the Germans, but they had no experience with it. After this you also had the hostage situation in The Hague. It went so badly too.
