I had never heard of these guys until they came and stayed at the hotel I worked at. Them and their manager were so respectful and left their hotel rooms better than most guests. My daughter was a fan and I have only just started listening to some of their music. Had no idea the big fan base they had.

I’m here again after Tortured Poet. Just to remind myself that THE 1975 are fucking incredible. This band is just one in a billion. Hits after hits in their discography, incredibly talented and pull off a masterpiece of a concert. They are definitely at their best but not at their peak, there are more incredible things to come for them. What Matt did at concerts like drinking, smoking and eating raw meat on stage is just a part of the act, you can clearly see it. You think it’s creepy and disturbing because you make yourself think that this is 100% real and doesn’t comes to your mind that he is a performer while performing some acts on his own show. Like Harry can wear some glittery jumpsuit on stage and no one would think like it’s not apart of his act of performance. Artists have their own artistry and Matt has his own too. He did said something and does controversial things like during the Malaysia show, but he isn’t all bad, his music, vocals and artistry is on another level. The 1975 is still an amazing band regardless.

I'll never forget when i used to watch their live full show at The o2, London by vevo 6 years ago from my small room, shitty laptop just vibing, sobbing and actually shed tears cus of how much this band would help me go thru the stuff i struggle with and now to actually see them live twice is just amazing and fulfilling

53 year old guy here, this is the best performed and designed live show I have ever witnessed since U2s Zoo TV tour in 92, phenomenal band and show concept.

matty metioned few times on tour that the flask doesn't have alcohol in it. when a fan asked for a sip he said it's not real and he gave a kid one and it had water in it. the first part of the show is about toxic masculinity, that's why he eats raw and acts much drunker than he is. he still drinks on some shows, but definitely not even quarter as much as how he acts from it. he mentioned how he plays a rockstar persona.

God bless them for posting these concerts, I wish more artists did, not all of us have the money to go see them live when we live on the other part of the world. I would pay three times as much to see this at the theatre on the big screen than any other major artist. Congrats on the editing, directing as well, as if the sheer beauty of these songs wasn't enough.

I’m 64. Been a musician for most of those years. I don’t care for much pop. My friends don’t seem to like anything new. Music ended in 1979. But these folks…The 1975 and their side players. I mean c’mon. The tunes, the lyrics, the arranging, and the playing. This band is so thoughtful and enjoy the fact that they can perform live. Saw them in October. Just great.

Just to enlighten people, the parts of the show which you think Matty is acting, he obviously is. The reason, which he stated recently, was that he (and george) like to smoke on stage. Legally they found a loop hole where any sort of theatrical show allows you to smoke, and therefore they have introduced cut scenes and acts live on stage to allow them to freely smoke. The When We Are Together performance is probably the most beautiful moment I've seen from these guys onstage. So tender and communal. Love love love when they clap and sing along and Matty gives a shoutout to all the band members.

This band is out of this world. This is the best concert that I have attended. They put a lot of thought into the concept of the show. They sound as good if not better than their record. I just hope Matt Healy takes care of himself. With his smoking and drinking, I am not sure how that helps him maintain his vocal power. Please take care so that we can keep watching his shows.

I attended their tour in Boston and it was one of the best experiences ever, everybody just sang along enjoying their music. Beautiful experience! I even bought a plate of french fries, but guess what? The fries got cold because I was too busy belting out every song the whole showw
