In the past I have noticed a trend that many of my drawings and doodles have two distinct stages. The difficulty for both my viewers and I is that these two stages would often seamlessly merge into each other. In this video I make an effort to separate them. Sometimes it works, sometime it doesn't, as you will see.
In this video I use a Rotring Isograph 0.35 pen and Strathmore Bristol paper.

This place is a reference-less point on the intergalactic highway. its neither here nor there but any and everywhere between the epicenter and the edge of the vibe which will one day quake, shake and awaken the world. the walls whisper in colors painted by the very hands which caressed the face of madness and turned terror inside out... into mandalas and lotus flowers. this is the place where time often stands still. this is the place where time sometimes will move at twice the speed of twilight loving life and vitality creeping up through the tiles on the table-tops. this is the place where you get turned on. this is the place where you can always get off. silverfish chimes jingling and tingling in the subtle breeze of the ceiling fans like meditation balls easing any tension on hand. this is the place where the pieces come together... this is the place where the peace is forever recycling and reviving itself. here is the place where you are purposely found... never lost in the crowd. its wholly holy ground, home of the sacred tribe and the collective we. THIS IS THE PLACE WHERE YOU CAN BE. by Mark Allen Bennett

Perfect awareness, very profound. I have recently realized because of things Peter has said and by noticing how care free he is, that this is my main problem as well. He doesn't care what people think of him. I was watching another video of his and someone started telling him how he was doing something wrong, his casual reply was, "push down, push up", the very thing the commenter told him he was doing wrong. I just chuckled to myself and thought good for you Peter. What he was doing was working fine for him. Anyway, this same awareness hit me, I impose my judgement on everything in my life. Judgement is essentially rejection, control, not allowing, disapproval... not love. How can anything beautiful come into being under those circumstances? Now, the challenging part for me is going to be letting go of that.

Hello Peter, this is Peter. I would like to extend your formal invitation to the shaved head club. Perks: you cannot make your hair look any different even if you wanted to. Therefore, there are no more bad hair days. Every day is just a hair day, no good or bad just consistency. Cons: Your head might get cold in the few days after you cut your hair. Wearing a hat that you really like turns this downside into an upside. Farewell Peter, this has been Peter, Peter W.

Peter Warner Great comment Peter. When I was having chemo 5 yrs ago I was slightly disappointed (only slightly!) that it wouldn’t cause me to lose my hair. I was quite looking forward to the shaved look and experimenting with head painting and sticking on objects, and having a hat frenzy. So I just went multicoloured instead - orange, purple and blue. People at the treatment centre all said how cool it was. When other people asked about it I used to tell them it was a side effect of the chemo. All heady stuff.

I escaped from commercials before this clip, by refreshing a few times. And then suddenly You came up with sponsored segment... which I didn't managed to escape. Clever! You inspired me a few times. I get to thinking about doodles and rules for each different doodle. A lot of ideas came up to my head and alot of options (if you are open-minded enough, there are infinite of options waiting up there for you)... thanks again for inspirations ;) as always, thumb up. Last of your doodle, at some point reminded me of road in city with high and distorted buildings in the background, close to some gas station. And a few cars were approaching. Then it changed to huge airport as you were doodling further. Things are changeing with time and point of view...

I usually hope my doodly abstract drawings will start to resemble something so it'll help give me a plan to finish it off. I start a lot of them and never finish. Sometimes it's more about enjoying the feel of the pen or pencil on the paper and watching the lines take shape. Especially with pencil. There's something sort of meditative about aimlessly shading and scribbling with a pencil.

Generally what's been happening to me (especially if I'm doing coloring pages) is that I will find a shape I really like and just keep making it and changing it, and 4 drawings later it's morphed into something else and I've forgotten what I did a week ago. For some reason my doodles/abstract drawings like that, I can't remember much about them unlike my other art, which I actually use to help me remember. Also, I've been streaming on Reddit a lot lately and people keep asking if I've seen your stuff or if I use fountain pens cause you do, which is funny. You might like to stream there some time, but it's weird to stream from a phone.

Peter... my mother used to dislocate her shoulder quite frequently when I was a child. Eventually it stopped happening. I have runners knee. The ligaments that hold the kneecap in place are a bit loose so the back side allows bone on bone. I went to physical therapy. They helped quite a bit. If I now notice that my knee is starting to have a bit of pain I just do the exercises and in a few days I am back to normal. Also a Tens machine helps with muscle pain. I wish you all of the best. Love your -hair, Peter. Suits you. At the beginning, you were doing facial doodles! If you want to be more healthy, cut out the eggs altogether. Very high in cholesterol. They are excellent food - for baby chicks. I am a crutch staggerer and wheelchair zoomer and used to have intermittent periods of extreme pain in my shoulders till one time it got so bad I couldn’t move my arm. Dr diagnosed frozen shoulder and I had a cortisone injection into the joint which helped. He referred me to a physiotherapist who said it wasn’t frozen shoulder but a posture problem exacerbated by the abnormal use of my arms for my mobility problem, and gave me exercises. Very simple! All I have to do is to move the bottoms of my shoulder blades down and together. Do this 5 seconds, hold and repeat. This strengthens the muscles around the joint that have become out of balance. She said lots of people get this problem bending over desks, working on computers etc. I’ve had no problems since. Do you have hyper mobility? That can make your joints unstable. Hope you get real answers to the problem - it sounds pretty serious to me if your shoulders are popping out as often as that. It’s amazing you can pop them back in again yourself - usually requires an A&E visit! Love the drow-wings! Interesting the 2 stages. I think that helps give some direction and also to know when to stop!

In my doodles I just start with something curly or a line of some sort. Then I keep going, I like filling in tight spaces with unfilled shapes of said tight space. Sometimes whether I like it or not I keep going. Idk I just do it lol. People ask what I'm thinking when I'm doodling and.... I don't know exactly what I think I just doodle. Parallel lines make me happy though. Pilot G2s are my favorite.

I love how your sentences have no planing to them it's just so nice "A benefit to having short hair is that you can do this, and this video is sponsored by raycon, and today I'm going to be drawing on this piece of paper." I just love that

I kinda like that you care about our shoulders 😂 it’s the first time for me to know someone who dislocated his shoulders this much. Feel better, man. Your doodles are awesome

I like your new look. Your expressions are more prominent. I cannot east scrambled eggs any more. They have to be fried. Having toast with butter and honey with my fried eggs is my new thing. I love it.

You know, I’ve seen ads for Raymond before but no one else remembers the ‘bloop’ as they go in your ears.

can relate, my drawings or doodles most of the time work like that, aimlessly doing lines to the point where something clicks with my perception of those lines and I suddenly glimpse the contours of a face or a bird skull whatever. To work them out is pure satisfaction then and even if that fails, which occasionally happens, it doesn't feel so bad because it was never the goal of the doodle to have that specific shape.

What got me into the hobby of doing what doodle it was my nephew who suggested and instead of bugging him all the time that I should have a hobby to keep me out of his hair so to speak so I studded to do art doodling and acrylic however since it comes with inspiration text me a while to feel like even doing it so therefore it takes me some time to get around to it because I don't just want to do a little sometimes I take a ride on my back to get out of the house that's part of my story

I started playing tennis at 40. Started lessons with a girl who became a friend and we pretty much right away joined a team at the public courts. Tennis really only makes sense if you compete. That’s tennis. Hope you can play some more. ❤

These are really great,it’s nice to watch you work .I like you thought of adding faces into to of them and your last one just happened lol,but I have to admit my favourite was actually number three I thought it was beautiful. You are adding floral and foliage elements into your work now ,they soften your work a little.I am sorry to hear about your shoulders !i get it in my left off and on it’s not nice.I hope things go well..You are not old yet lol ,no way ,When you get yo my age then things take forever to heal and complaints grow by the year..I am just glad I am in the U.K. as I would not be able to afford the pills I take over there. Take care of yourself ..Will you have to re sit this year at school or are they going to credit you as the schools over here..Ours go back in Sept all being well 😀

I am glad you're seeking professional medical help with the shoulder, because I can relate. We all gotta treat our bodies with most care and respect, because hoping for titanium replacements is at best optimistically realistic :s I'm 24. 7-8 months ago, something changed with my right hand, wrist, fingers. I overworked it on a freelance gig (with mouse usage). Since then the issues never fully go away. Any kind of rest only temporarily eases the strain, pain, twitching. EVERY kind of artistic activity I do and literally anything related to my career now is a constant game of balancing the workload so that my hand can tolerate it. I cannot fully return to my former work pace, and I am so scared for the future and it getting worse. Only recently I visited appropriate professionals to seek help. Been trying out every kind of hand position, mice shape, wrist support. It's too soon to conclude, but I hope for some improvements eventually. My point was that I've became super aware of how precious my body is If I want to get anything out of my head onto paper or whatever medium. Whatever I strive for and come up with, has to be executed by my right hand (currently). Yes training with left hand is possible, will do, but the point remains. Please take care of your body even at young age as if it was the last irreplaceable pen on the entire earth.
