The episode wasn't released on any official media? It was included on the DVD release of the movie, but it was never finished. Also, I think Boston was more at fault than anyone else. No other city freaked out about the stunt to the extent that Boston did.

eeeh..... I think CN still would’ve gone downhill even if Samples was still president in 2007. Remember, most of the new shows he released during the city and yes era ( pet alien, squirrel boy, krypto, tickle U, juniper lee, gym partner etc) were really sloppy, when compared to the eairler hits like Ed Edd N Eddy, justice league, PI, Johnny bravo, samurai jack, or courage the cowardly dog. Plus in interviews he said that “ although CN will remain an animation channel their would be some live action on the way”. And then came Re-animated in December 2006 which became a tv show that he greenlit( he also greenlit the first Ben 10 live action movie to release later that year as well). Oh and Tom 4 was introduced in March 2007 ( meaning that Tom 4 was in development before Samples left, and CCF was facing ratings decline). So even though the dark ages began with Snyder, CN was already starting to show signs of decay around the samples era between Mid 2005-2006 Overall great vid
