I was born and grew up in the 60's.007 was a massive part of my childhood.I wanted to be James Bond.I never thought I would own an Aston Martin in my life time.Yesterday I bought one.Wish my dad was here to see it. 👍

So you're gonna pay 185k and the hood release is on the wrong side because they couldn't be bothered to move it and the engine has Mercedes AMG stickers all over it because they couldn't be bothered to removed them -_- why in the hell would anyone buy from this company they clearly could care less lol.

Quick correction. The UK variant of the Vantage also has the hood release in the passenger footwell. So the hood release isn’t there in the US version because it’s designed for a right hand drive market. They’ve actively chosen to locate the hood release in the passenger footwell no matter which market they’re selling to.

That way of opening your car door with the opposite hand, to improve awareness of traffic approaching from the rear, is sometimes called a "Dutch reach". It's taught as part of driver training in the Netherlands, where cycling is very popular. I think it's a really good idea.
