2 жыл бұрынCheck out a full tour of the midway rides at the 2022 Indiana State Fair. The fair is located in Indianapolis and runs until August 21st. We will also take a look at a bunch of the amazing food and exhibits!
Ride are provided by North American Midway Amusements.

Great vid! I think Hook’s Drugstore is probably the only must-see thing you missed. There’s usually a dole whip vendor near the dairy barn. Those are becoming a lot less rare though. Holiday World has them. The produce barn usually has huge cheese sculptures and the massive award winning produce that weighs many hundreds of pounds. How did you decide on Half Liter? Great choice. If you’re into tiki we actually have a few good Tiki Bars, especially the Inferno Room. Also, highly recommend St Joseph Brewery for dinner & brews. My fav Indy Brewery.

I was looking for the cheese sculptures or the butter sculpture but couldn’t find them but I don’t know how I missed hooks. By the time I got done filming all the fairground rides I was like 70% exhausted so I rushed through the rest a little bit faster than I would’ve have by liked. I saw the dole whip vendor but as you said it’s really nothing anything special anymore. At this point only 50% of the people are amazed that you can get it outside a Disney park even though that hasn’t been a exclusive thing for 10+ years…so progress We decide on half liter because we had gone to the art museum to try out the mini golf exhibit only to find out that it was a one time deal or they weren’t doing it anymore. So it was close by and had good reviews. Next time I’m in Indy I’ll have to hit you up

@@TheCoasterSpot Great tour of the fair! We enjoyed it. Wife is 9 mos. pregnant so we’re missing it this year. Looking forward to the other state fair vids!

They have horse racing there as part of the Grand Circuit racing and county fair finals for the standardbred fair circuit, also those barns are where trainers stable year round and use the track for training racehorses

Every state fair video I've seen has way better rides than our crappy Illinois State Fair in Springfield. Our only rollercoaster is a Wacky Worm, and the biggest ride is the Freak Out. We usually have 2-3 Mardi Gras mirror mazes and not a single hauntedhouse/darkride. Like 2-3 scramblers, tilt a whirls, gravitrons, round ups, pharoahs fury, etc...we also never see a Booster or any drop tower rides. We used to have those rides in the 90s but last 10 years its been left over rides.

You have to go to the fair on a diet cheat day because eating all of that fair food is half of the fun!

They do the Indy Mile flat track m/c racing on that track. Also they have the 4-wheel off road jamboree as well. Thanks for the tour!

I have been back in 2015 before I made videos. I’d love to go back, probably not next year but possibly 2024

elkhart county fair had a version of stardancer that just went back on forth I tryed to go on it they wouldn't let me it's called sky screamer

Never been to a state fair. Always wanted to go though. I've always been told that it's very crowded.

Get there are opening usually it doesn’t get too bad for a few hours… I rode whatever I wanted to end by the time I left mid afternoon stuff begin to have lines

There used to be only two kiddie roller coasters and one big roller coaster the bigger one being crazy mouse :) bullet train first came there in 2018 in that spot crazy mouse used to be there but wasn’t there that year then in 2019 white waters was removed and now crazy mouse sits there

That’s what they had back in 2013. I’m not sure when it changed but since 2013 all the Coaster are technically different ones even if they are identical looking

@@TheCoasterSpot all ik is crazy mouse has been painted again…. The purple is darker the tails are the same color as the mouse and the seats are a difference color this year
