he basically chooses a final rating and from there he distributes the scores. I noticed it in the Mclaren F1 review where most of scores were very inflated so it could come up at number 1 spot.

I have a Catenne turbo..corners better than my 17 ss camaro. Has a better ride than a lexus 350 on normal setting..only a little stiff on sport mode. Best steering ive driven . You must be a porsche hater - shame on you . Either a bmw bad reliability fan boy haha

That 2 speed window is brilliant. This makes perfect sense for those that live in hotter climates and want to "crack" the windows slightly, but not so much that it makes it easier for break-ins. Anybody that's done this knows that it's actually pretty difficult to get it just right with most power windows.

@@SabinTV-NP Yeah I know, that's even crazier. At around 2.83 s for 0-100 km/h one has an average of 1 G of frontal acceleration. It's like accelerating in free fall, but horizontally.

Can't believe it accelerates faster than the McLaren F1. Just shows how technology is evolving lately. Gearboxes and engines are so much more efficient. I wonder what would happen in a 1 mile dragrace. Should be a close call, but I would bet on the GT.

Honestly the two speed windows seem pretty easy to implement with some stepper motors and I wouldn't be surprised if every car with the double click windows started doing this soon, seems like a very nice feature that I never knew I wanted.

My 2015 Audi A7 also has those 2 speed power windows! Odd feature, it moves very slowly as you press it once and much quicker and automatically when you press it firmly! Took me awhile to get used to it but I honestly love it!

They should really get rid of touchscreen-like "buttons." You want the tactile feedback so you don't have to take your eyes off the road. Plus, it just feels better. IMHO, non-physical buttons only belong on things with dynamic functionality, like GPS.

Sadly if you ask people most will say they prefer touch-everything. If I recall correctly people even prefer them for coffee makers of all things that don't need them. You are 100% right though, touchscreens are useless for most carfeatures we use on the road. Also, how can Porsche fuck those "buttons" up that badly???

I have a 2010 e350 fully loaded. The day I buy any car, that same night, I sit in my garage inside the car & get familiarized with every button, so I won’t have to take my eyes off the road. But all these newer cars with a big touchscreen is only gonna cause more accidents.. those touch screens stay looking gross with oilyyy fingerprints 🤦🏻‍♂️🥴🤧

It depends, you don't necessarily need the interior festooned with buttons. But where you want them is in situations where you use something so much you don't think about it, like AC controls.

The 1-10 scale is such that both can get the same handling score, even with one being better than the other. Just consider, for example, the value scores, almost universally 5 or 6, or the wide range of cars with acceleration score of 1. Also, he said the handling on this ALMOST deserved a 7.

Actually the window open speed thing is very useful, I often only want to open the window a tiny bit so fresh air gets in but I have to fiddle around in my car because it goes too fast.

I absolutely love this car, at first I thought ohhhhh just another ordinary Porsche but then realized that no no... it's a special Porsche, very special. The wheel color is amazing and love how it says Porsche on the sides. Then I hear the price and that's where I change my mind

I drive an GLC63s as daily driver. U got all the practical stuff u need every day, combined with having fun on every single ride. There is no better Combo for all in one Cars, than sporty SUV‘s or Wagons. What’s so hard to understand? U don’t need to go to a race track to feel the Race performance. U feel it in every single Corner while daily driving.

Hey Doug! Volvo XC 90 started the two speed power window speed in 2014-2015. Not exactly the same but way Porshce does, it starts slowly (just in case if you wanna open your window a little), after a while it gets faster. Just wanted you to let you know if you see my comment. Cheers from Turkey

Doug, you must have missed the 2-speed windows in SPA generation Volvos. My 2019 S60 has an extremely slow mode (I suspect in case you just want a vent/cracked window) and a 2nd click for the faster, auto-down / auto-up feature.

The only thing I hate about Porsche is that they charge too much for options, and thus they are too expensive. Other than that, Porsche has a fantastic brand image.

Yeah, and especially since this car has greyed out buttons. I mean seriously Porshe? It's almost like Volkswagen just dropped the Urus engine in this car and called it a day. Then they charge $200,000 for it. I swear, this car will only be driven by rich moms in the suburbs.
