Did you have a chance to compare this M sport with 20" wheels vs xline with smaller wheels? Heard the M sport 20" is unforgiving on less than perfect surface roads.

Wish they had added some exhaust ports where the gloss black is on the rear of the X1. Either that or kept the rear without the gloss black pieces exactly where the exhaust’s would usually go. It makes me think I’m gonna see exhaust tips wen I catch the black color in my peripheral vision but then am immediately disappointed by some haphazard patches piano material.

I was about to order one In that same Color , but circumstances didn't allow it. So I settled for CX-5 Turbo ... but next one will def be the X1 or a Macan ... not much into Sport coupe this days lol

@@buckeyefan635 I own an X1 M Sport and a colleague of mine owns a CX-5 turbo that I have driven a few times. Compared to the CX-5 the X1 is more practical, more luxurious, more powerful (even though on paper the CX-5 reads as more powerful), more tech heavy and obviously better quality. The CX-5 is mainstream and the X1 is luxury. No comparison.

The steering wheel turns 1 and 1/4, unlike other BMW 1 and 1/2 turns.

Also the 20 inch rims/tires are NOT INCLUDED in the MSport package, that is an additional $1200. Also the heated steering wheel and front seats are NOT included in tbe Premium Package but an ala carte combo option at $550.

It's not terrible looking (though the portimao blue is doing a lot of the work). Other than that- yuck. Buy a CX5 if you want a crossover or buy a 230i coupe if you want a small BMW.

It seems like a nice package overall and I wouldn’t say it’s underpowered but you may as well spend a couple extra thousand and get a decent equipped X3.

I mean it has the same hp as my gti and it does fine fully loaded with people. I think you forget the purpose of this car. Americans have a strange obsession with high hp and not having the laws that allow to use it. Such a missed opportunity

Nah, it wasn't sluggish at all. Almost 300 lb-ft of torque is a lot in something this size.
