Aap numbers ko mat dekho, aap values ko dekho, number system me to 1 million ka matlab 10 lakhs he, par currency me alag value hota he, jaise ki 1 dollar ki keemat India me Rs.85 ya wahi aas paas ki value hoti he.

@PolyTeky reality is there is stark difference due to overpopulation number of software engineers are more than population of japan hence package offered by them is less at 4 lpa only people with high qualifications like PhD or masters get 10 lpa that if they have minimum of 5 to 10 years experience recently wipro indian it company even regressed the offer to 3 lpa for freshers so even when highly qualified candidates don't make 15 lpa what's point of staying here
