The 3 Asian TIGERS Muay Boran, Bokator and Lethwei
Bokator is the ancient Cambodian martial art, which was nearly wiped out during the Khmer Rouge genocide. Lethwei is one of the most versatile striking arts ever created and originated in Burma as it trains you to use your entire body as a weapon. Muay Boran is a Khmer word that has been absorbed into the Thai language.

Fiquei 4 meses na Tailândia, Cheguei a treinar no Yokkao por uma semana, Academia do Seanchai, Pelo que reparei o Bokator e boran ainda são bem praticadas lá, Só não usam ela em torneiros, Que daí eles vão no K1 mesmo, E em alguns Thai tradicional, Sem boran ou Bokator, Porém ensinam essas técnicas também, O Seanchai msm a cada 1 dia da semana fazia treinos de boran

Aqui onde eu moro.no.estado do RS tem o centro cultura e de lutas tailandesas todos os mestre la sao tailandeses tem cerimonia antes da luta tem que seguir as mesmas regras da tailandia e de graca eu.so nao treino la porque minha cidade fica longe da capital e tem que pagar passagem.mas Futuramente vou dar um jeito no momento.eu treino.hapkido.

The very first martial arts came from India. The Gurus invented them and later went to China and Myanmar. After Taung Oo Empire conquered most of SEA countries, this martial arts was given to all. It's just a shame to see your statement as the father of all bullshit.

Bokator is ancient martial art recognized by UNESCO. It's not fair to say that this age-old practice come from modern-day movie or actor. Movies can come from history, but history never come from movies.

Silat did. India brought Silat to Indonesia and Muay and Bokator derived from Silat. Lots of weapons in Silat but with it came unarmed combat styles. You said Bokator came before Muay. What are you basing this assumption off of? I have found no writings or texts for this to back anyone. However, some elders of Thai will say Bokator came 1st.

@@d.k.c3489That's not true. Where do you think Kung Fu came from? Kung Fu came from India. All animal system originated from India and no real historian will disagree with that. There is much evidence that suggest that Silat was the 1st martial art to endter into Indonesia which is where Muay and Bokator came from. Do you have anything that suggest that Kung Fu did not come from India and that Muay and Bokator does not come from India martial art?

This is between Cambodia and Thailand, to make a long story short without Cambodia there’s no Thailand. All lands that you called Thailand today is belong to Khmer Empire witch is ancient Cambodia. Muay Boran, the word Boran is also Cambodian word. It means old, or ancient. On top of that , the tradition and Thai costumes that you see today all originated from Cambodia and more.
