Do you approach nerve sensations such as tarsal tunnel syndrome in the same way? I'm in the fear avoidence cycle every other day and not sure if I should approach it as I would other pain signals.

Essentially yes - frequent movement within the range of tolerable discomfort, without flaring up the pain afterwards, is almost always going to be beneficial for healing and recovery 🙏you will likely need to start very gently and build up very gradually - this process can take some trial and error but is worth it in the long run!
