Same. Had 2 days of not being able to sleep with intense hunger and now back to extreme fatigue wanting to sleep again after waking like a sloth. Also headaches again, air feels thin, light is different and pleasant, life has had some improvements. Sigh.

@@Aprilrain10001 something is happening we are chosen ones as some people say, we don't belong to this planet spiritually, that's why we struggle to stay strong in this false system and shabby society, that's why we feel different and maybe that's why we are too sensitive to such vibrational changes. @@itsmeowornever.8143 yes I was wondering why I am suddenly so hungry and needing more rest, I am not even that much physically active still been draining and hungry, maybe because we are in a tranist and our body needs food as fuel and rest because we are in transit.

In my experience thus far it has been one of working through the past trying to take responsibility for myself without judgement or excuses. I see where I hurt and where I was hurt. You also get to see where you loved but love moved on. It is quite difficult but it is based in being totally honest with yourself. Once you atone or get at one with that unresolved stuff that we shove away in our closet full of anxieties we see that even the villains in our past were there so we could put on the play. You have to have bad guys and good guys to make this drama work and the actors in your life are somewhat interchangeable. This is a process and at first it will keep you on an adrenalized marathon while at other times you will be completely exhausted. The best way I can explain that is that you soul is ironing out the wrinkles in your world so you stop falling into the same ruts and making the same mistakes. You level your playing field and only judgement makes things go back to being a bumpy ride. The 5D version is still seeing the obstacles but now realizes they are the opportunities and lessons along the way. The 3D version everything is judged- that is The Weigh. You are putting everything on a scale. Instead 5D becomes the Way, the path that sees both sides an walks down the center. When we stop judging we start to reintegrate the aspects we have demonized or hated about ourselves. Once we get whole we reintegrate such that our thoughts, words, actions and desires line up into an integrated whole. That integrated whole can now walk the narrow path without judgement of self or anything outside self. This doesn't mean there are not positive and negative, it just means that those things exist but only as bumpers or guardrails. As we become aware of them we need not judge them, but we know we are out of alignment with our goal. Hope this helps! You will be fine, just remember to love yourself through the process and to keep the process going. There is no goal line or end point, it is a process- keep proceeding! 😊😉
