If you visit the website for the Freedom 251 you'll see an exact replica listed at a far lower price. I'm not sure they'll ever be able to deliver at that price, others are skeptical as well. Starting to sound like a bunch of these went out the side door at the Adcom factory.

And let's not forget a screen protector. You can also use the phone as an mp3 and with the earphones the sound quality gets waaay better so that's not an issue. You can sell it for 20$ and still have profit.

One of my favorite phones was the Motorola Droid 2. It was the global one so I guess you were able to stick a SIM card in it and it would make it more usable in foreign cell coverage. I had Verizon at the time so I really didn't have a need or care that this option existed. The phone felt cutting edge at the time. The slide out feature was satisfying and the phone was fairly powerful.
