KEY LIME PIE GOSE RECIPE
Recipe for 5 gals (18.9L):
-6.6 gals (~25L) Water

~8 LBS [3.63 KG] of Grains
-62.5% Wheat
-25% Pilsner
-12.5% Munich I
- 1 Sleeve of Graham Crackers (I'm sure it adds some fermentables but I didn't calculate it)

Mash @ 152ºF (~67ºC) for about 45 mins
Chill to under 100ºF (~38ºC)
Pre-acidify with Lactic Acid to pH of 4.5
Pitch 16oz of Good Belly
Wait until pH has dropped to 3.5

Boil for 30 mins:
-0.25oz Motueka (~7g) @ 30min
-0.5oz Motueka (~14g) @ flameout
-8g Key Lime Zest @ flameout
-5g Kosher Salt @ flameout

-Kolsch Yeast or any German ale yeast
Ferment around 65ºF (~18ºC) for ~7 Days

-2oz Vanilla extract in keg (feel free to modify based on your taste but this was nice to me)

Original Gravity: 1.045
Final Gravity: 1.008
ABV: 4.7%
IBUs: ~6
