This final season of Chain Reaction guaranteed $40,000 to the season champion. To be eligible for the top prize, contestants needed to win a $7,500 elimination tournament with 8 players competing in each tournament. Here is the premiere episode with the Home Game and end credits missing.

The two word phrase in the second chain was also used in the last maingame chain on the previous episode, i.e. the fourth season finale and the $20K TofC finale.

One thing they didn't tell you is that was $40,000 in CANADIAN dollars. So the tournament was only for a measly 25 Grand USD.
