I got to 6'1" at 19 and stayed there. I'm just 0.5 inch shorter than my dad and I haven't moved since. I always measure my height to my dad's and he's still taller than me. I'm 25 next month... I wish I could hit a 3 inch growth spurt dawg😂

He was also outshined by his two sisters, from memory they were all-Americans in BB. I think one of them won a national championship too. So he felt like a nobody. The story of him in the parking lot of The Palace is devastating. His life is a manual on how to persevere. People always look at him as a player, but him as a human is just as impressive. The mountains he overcame give me inspiration. Like T-Macs 13 in 35. It proves nothing is impossible. With a bit of luck and hard work, you can do anything. God made us in his image and God is spectacular. He's a LEGEND. His DPOY speech gives me chills and I tear up. His enshrinement speech... Even more emotional. Legendary.

The man never let the ball get out of bounds. Never failed a rebound. He knew his job and he excelled at it. Jordan could fly. Rodman could get that ball back. It was amazing. Pippen didn't want him. Pippen had sour grapes. He knew he'd never be The Show with Jordan there. He'd never be The Most Talked About with Rodman there. Instead of being part of the machine... he decided to try to destroy it. Rodman was an odd duck, no one can argue it. But he knew his job and got it done!!! Amazing athlete.

To watch this man play in person was one of the best games I've ever seen in my life!!! Chicago played Houston (in Houston) and I had to go see Jordan play his last championship season. I'm a Chicago native but live in Houston so I just wanted to see them play. No matter who won, my city won lol. He snatched the ball from Olajuwon mid-air and ran it back to dunk it. The whole crowd was just shocked! Then the Chicago fans (myself included) went wild!!! The Bulls won by like 3 points. But Rodman was definitely the reason for the win because he had like 10 rebounds in the second half. Amazing game and Rodman was an amazing player. I waited for the teams to leave just to see them (The Bulls) getting on the bus and Rodman gave his shoes and jersey to two different children as he boarded the bus. He signed them in the locker room. I hope they still have them because they are worth a mint today. I miss the NBA of the 80s and 90s. They were way more physical on the court and more exciting to watch!
