Those 5 principles are very powerful and will help us to understand what we need to do to win a fight. What I need to work on his 5: tactics ( when I’m in the bottom, know when to attack or to defend). Study time!!!

Good point, I need to work on that as well, along with all the other principles! These can become infinitely complex... Thanks for the comment, Seb! - Patrick

Grappling and wrestling, two terms I have difficulty in understanding, were one ends and the other continues. Maybe you're could explain. Thanks Patrick nice video.

Of course, still plan to do the "Principles of Wrestling" and "Principles of Striking" videos in the near future. To make it simple, Wrestling is when both opponents are on their feet (or knee) with hips not touching the floor, and are trying to take each-other down. Grappling is when one or both partners are already down. Hope this helps!

Lol... It’s quite normal for neophytes to only see the suggestive nature of these positions. Just keep training and educating yourself on grappling, and eventually you just see these positions for what the are: great ways to control an opponent and defend or inflict damage! Hope this helps 😊 - Patrick

@@momthegreatest It’s normal for the uninitiated to see only the suggestive nature in any grappling position. Shut up and get help for you a.d.d induced knumbskul - blame big tech & social media - it is their intention to make you have the attention span of a nat. They succeeded. - You are a victim. Respect this man's great organized sectioned information in less than 18 min video with invaluable content. Surely this text is too long and also hard for you to comprehend. I understand you are a knumbskul/NIMROD
