The people here are amazing it doesn't matter if you're rich or poor everyone is happy in Cabo. they have the absolute best beaches in all of Mexico possibly the world. The highways and the roads in general are absolutely horrible. Dirt roads are totally unacceptable for being the number one resort City in all of Mexico. The city gets tons of money from tourism and taxes yet nothing gets resolved. I moved here 2 years ago from Phoenix Arizona and I absolutely love it.

Thanks for commenting the video and sharing your thoughts. Of course living in Cabo is a compromise with the beauty, the climate and the nice people together with the low quality of the infrastructure and development.

As a resident and full-time homeowner I agree with what you say. I have been visiting here since 1999 and living here full time for many years. I am happy you mentioned the taboo topic of water. I live in the golden mile of El Tezal and get water 10-12 times a month, the remainder I have to pay for more to get delivered. I used to never run out, but with the explosion of new properties it is a struggle. I have purchased in another part of Mexico (Cholula). Moving in Feb 2024. Others and I are moving on......but will come back to visit beautiful Cabo.

Our municipality needs to do something to source is water, trucked water it's expensive for people and they can't afford to buy it on a weekly basis. What do you think they should do?

The most expensive place in Mexico. It’s like San Diego with a little more Spanish and New York prices.
