glutamine actually can increase your anxiety if you are not deficient. I think the closest thing to xanax would probably be Kava only if you don't have any liver issues which in rare cases can affect it, Myo inositol (vitamin B8) has also helped a lot as it helps to regulate your hormones and pathways, ashwagandha is useful but its a more long term effect and you have to cycle off after a month of use. Magnesium threonate has also been a good option for me, as it is the only magnesium that crosses the brain barrier, i would also look into probiotics, a lot of mental issues are caused because of issues with your gut.

I usually use chamomile tea, it takes 2-3 bags in a single cup of tea but it does take the edge off my anxiety and sometimes even gets rid of it entirely for an hour or so. Its nothing like alcohol or benzos but thats actually the best part cause i can get an endless supply of both alcohol and benzos which has been a huge problem for me. Also avoiding all forms of caffeine greatly reduces my anxiety, its not worth the caffeinated energy if i feel that bad after a couple hours. As I responded to someone else here, Xanax works just as its intended which is why they won't prescribe it for anyone anymore...same with REAL pain meds for people in chronic pain who now have to suffer because the pain meds originally prescribed worked TOO good. There's no money to be made when people are feeling good. Cutting people off from the anxiety and pain meds that allow them to function normally in this chaotic world is the best way to control a population.

Your better off not taking xanax it can make panic and anxiety more often as your body grows tolerant of them ...i know from experience , there are natural anxiety meds that help ..it shouldnt be the cure all ,have to work on the reasons behind your anxiety .. im grateful i am not on any of those things ..my anti depressant effexor helps alot .
@zariballard
@zariballard 17 күн бұрын
Oh your pharmaceutical ANTI-DEPRESSANT helps you a lot but best if everyone else stay away from that Xanax and use NATURAL stuff (that doesn't work). I never felt anxiety on Xanax EVER...it worked just as its intended which is why they won't prescribe it for anyone anymore...same with REAL pain meds for people in chronic pain who now have to suffer because the pain meds originally prescribed worked TOO good. There's no money to be made when people are feeling good. Cutting people off from the anxiety and pain meds that allow them to function normally in this chaotic world is the best way to control a population.

The problem with taking GABA as a supplement is that it does not cross the brain-blood barrier. So recommending it as No. 1 is really misleading, and shows that you should probably read up on your pharmacology before making these types of videos.
