Hey, the "reclusive" are not creeps! We peep so we would know when to go outside to avoid any chance of meeting any neighbors. It's our survival tactic.

We had a recluse neighbor once. He never came out of his house. One thanksgiving his daughter sent the cops over for a checkup on him. They knocked for awhile then went in the front door. We lived behind him so I saw the cop run out the back door throwing up. He had died a week earlier and he had his heater up pretty high. It was a cold day and then the warm smelly air hit my face. It was awful. They opened the windows to air out the house and the whole neighborhood stunk.

My next door neighbor probably thinks I’m a creep because she’s caught me looking through the blinds several times. Really though, I’m just trying to see what the weather looks like without going outside. It’s not my fault that all the windows in my living room face her porch 😅

We had a neighbour who went rogue with his riding mower not because he was being nice, but because he become enraged over the length of people's grass.😂 He also wore the same pair of super short 1970's style shorts every day all summer long. Unless he had a closet full of identical shorts. We always wondered.

Ugh 😂. I had a French teacher in high school who wore those (we went to a summer camp with the school and he was a supervisor teacher). It made me so uncomfortable 😂

We have a neighbor who has “adopted” our house! It’s wonderful. We live in a beautiful home on the gulf coast of Fl but he makes sure all our sprinklers are working and if he sees a blade of brown grass he “fixes” the sprinklers cuz he just knows it’s broken. He’s a great guy we feel blessed to have as a neighbor.

I have a very reclusive neighbor, lives with his elderly mother. I've seen the mother maybe 4 times in 5 years? And I never see the neighbor except when backing his car out from the garage. Then one day I met him at a service shop (he worked there, I didn't know it). It was odd. Fine, but odd.
