My favorite villain that immediately comes to mind is Nox from Wakfu. An awesome design and theming along with a terrifying presence.

One of my favorite villain designs (Not my 'favorite' favorite, but hes up there) is TIO/The Iniquitous One from Piggy. Dunno why but I love villains with that style he's so cool to me.

One design with wasted potential is the Gorg from Home. So badass just to be a fucking starfish. Give it a more humanoid body and suddenly, I'm running away too.

Let’s be honest: Hans from Frozen was the worst villain ever!! Not only from a writing point of view, but his design is not menacing or suspicious AT ALLL.

On the other hand, Slade from Teen Titans is one of my personal favorite villains. He was so psychotic and always pushed the protagonists to their limits.

I agree. He looks very flat, he looks just more like a side character rather than a bad guy. Its imposible to take him seriously when he reveals their nature.
