Can’t recommend Boone County enough! I happen to be friends with someone working there and he’s probably the most passionate person about bourbon I’ve ever met. They put a ton of care into their product and it definitely shows!

Enjoyed the vid guys! I remember the days when I was young enough (or thought I was) to be able to drink whisky by chugging it down, and moving on to the next one (hey, I grew up watching cowboys do it all the time :-)... Now, it's become glaringly clear that quantity control leads to better whisky appreciation. Chugging is for alcoholics, whether you are one now, or hope to become one in future... and your livers will appreciate it also! Just sayin'...

I scored a Elmer at my work place about a year ago for $40. I haven't opened it yet. I look at it, admire it and wonder when I should crack it open. Whiskey in my collection is meant to be drank. I'm embarrassed...
