We slice the cucumbers and leave them soaking in water in the refrigerator and drink it throughout the day. It works, but don't let it go past 2 days. Make sure it's fresh. If you're not on meds, grapefruit juice is very good, too. If you're on blood pressure meds, the doctor will have to monitor you it would make your meds more potent.

Where are you located? In Canada, Farm Boy, Food Basics brings soursop fruit. I paid $30.00 for a huge ripe fruit. A few years ago, I planted 3 soursop seeds and now have 3 huge plants I keep indoors.
