This is literally a "hustle". You'll be running you puhtookis off. And after you factor in printing time, prep time, travel time to the signing, travel time back to scan (if necessary) or travel time to drop the docs, you can easily have as many as 4+ hours into that $150 (pay range is typically more like $100-$150/signing). Never mind the waiting and waiting on the title co. to give you the blasted docs. This hustle can burn you out. So more like $20-40/hr. Not bad, but not $150/hr.

Because of your videos I now talk to my children at length about money and investing. My personal side hustle is in real-estate, but as a land lord. I purchased my first property when I was about 25 years old because I got a good deal, but instead of moving in right away I rented it out and had it pay for itself for a few years. Once that started working out well, I purchased my first duplex two years later, and then I kept growing. Short mortgages and learning to do my own maintenance has helped tremendously. Now as my mortgages close I turn around and do what I call "Flipping Equity" where I borrow against a property I already own for a lower interest rate mortgage and use that money to purchase a new one which in turn generates a new revenue stream. I still work full time at my 6 to 3 job, and it is a great job for my area and has lots of benefits, but I told my wife that if anything ever happens where I would be unemployed, I would go into real estate full time. I am curious if you could do a video on how you went about getting your real estate licence and what steps someone can take to do the same?

I’m a new fan, just subscribed. A side hustle I suggest people look into is resale on Amazon and eBay. I started doing it in January of 2019 (after lots of research and work was put into amazon private label) and concluded that it’s overall pretty simple and easy to get done. I have plans to pursue all sorts of entrepreneurial business endeavors, and already have utilized 2019 to begin pursuing my financial goals. The reason I suggest resale, specifically through Amazon’s FBA, program is because I think lots of people watch these videos in hopes of easy work suggestions. But the reality is that it all involves hustle, discipline, work effort, dedication and putting in the time to learn. However, I have found starting an Amazon resale business where I engage in retail arbitrage sourcing to be a relatively simple (not necessarily “easy”) side hustle with great growth potential.

I have been thinking about conducting audits for different companies for things like an inspection for maintenance and in service conditions. The client agrees to pay you(or your company) a sum to come in to their facility to conduct an initial inspection for different systems or just components. You charge an up front fee for the service. After the fact, if you find a defect. You can then charge a finders fee. Then after that fact. You consult the client about options to conduct either maintenance or replacement repair. You can also charge yet another fee for consultation. So in a nut shell. You charge 300 for inspection. Another 300 for finding problem. Another 300 for a solution. You charge for time as well like 150 per hour, on paper. You don't have to be in person either. So the 900 for the job and 1200 for time.

Another side hustle that is coming on strong is the world of group travel booking. I don't even know the best name for it yet but it's one heck of a hustle. In a nutshell; you provide a service that books blocks of hotel rooms for large groups that need them that otherwise don't have their own corporate travel setup or aren't the type of organization that would have that or even want to have that. The 2 I've seen where people are making the most money "freelance" as Jaspreet said, for big power companies and youth travel sports. For example, there's a natural disaster somewhere in the US that knocks out power across a region. Many of the power companies from across the country will get contracts to send their employees to the effected areas, in droves, for months at a time. These scenarios are impossible to predict so the power companies don't want to hire and pay staff to do this when they don't know when they'll need their work so they will utilize your service, and pay you handsomely, for you to book it all for them. For steadier, more predictable work you can get setup with youth travel teams/organizations/tournaments that need to block rooms for set dates. The kicker here is that the hotel chains will also give you kickbacks and discounts and perks to use their hotels. Now you're getting paid from both sides! You can work from anywhere you want and because it'll be free, you can work from any of the pools of that hotel chains top resorts all over the world.

Following your videos for sometime now and I'm just learning you're a wholesaler! Freaking awesome, any advice to how to locate motivated sellers? You should make a video talking about locating those deals for wholesaling... thank you

I trade credit spreads 3 strike prices out of the money. took some time to get going but now I spend 20 minutes a day managing my positions, usually after market close and bring in 6 figures. great , safe side hustle.

I realized I was screwed unless I completely changed my life when my 401k statement said my retirement forecast was “sunny” when I was on track to retire with an annual budget less than 40k. The excuses they’ll tell you is that it’s ok because your house will be paid off and you’ll be in a lower tax bracket. It’s all bullshit. You should be living like royalty when you retire after working your whole life.

If you've never met, how do you know your virtual assistant doesn't steal information from emails to you? He/She could sell verified emails and watch for ways to make money from anything sent to you.

Selling tradelines is by far the best $/hr side hustle I have done. I only make about $500/mo, but it takes about 5 minutes, if that. Only catch is you have to have good credit.

Side hustles are great, but saving like your life depends on it AND reducing your spending is mighty effective. It’s similar to dieting. It’s really hard to out run bad eating habits at the gym. It’s a heck of a lot easier to just reduce your intake. Save lots and spend little.

Providing services is always a win for finding a side hustle. For example, tutoring will always be an in demand hustle as long as there are people that think they wanna be doctors, but suck at organic chemistry, LOL. BK
