Retromation's Hoodie is the item you want for this build. Gives you attack speed based on your dodge, it'll easily triple your DPS with your dodge in the 90% range, then you will start stacking your stats big time with the ethereal weapons going nuts.

If you want an Obliterator run, you're better off starting with a Heavy weapon and not an SMG.

i found an item in brotato called sifd's relic it's red rarity and grant 100% chance to instantly collect a dropped material with -12% speed as a downside did you allready know about it? got a screen shot of the shop with it in it

I would like to see an endless mode, so instead of 20 waves, it goes on until you die, the difficulty scales but you also can build your character up heaps, maybe one boss at level 20 like normal, then add a boss every 20 waves, so level 40 would have 2 bosses, level 60 would have 3 and so on. That would be fun, i find myself wanting to keep going when i hit the 20th wave and my character is getting good.

Just like back in the Backpack Hero days, I like the showcase value you bring. Don't sweat the difficulty level thing. The more items you get, the cooler the build by the end.

Honestly, the devs should add 1 hit protection, in that your character can't be one shot. Pretty specific for this character, but it would make it way less frustrating. Or just a damage cap in general.

A good buff for this character is getting some HP based on dodge, then 90% would be ok and if you go over 90% you still get more max hp.

I feel like you always start with the flint. Attack speed is the biggest weakness of ethereal weapons, and with melee penetration and low health enemies early on you can actually get a point or two in the first couple rounds before you really need to worry about getting hit.

High dodge should be like high dex in DnD where you can get hit but not for the full amount. Glancing blows that do certain amounts at certain level of dodge. You'd have to math it out for this type of game for balancing to make sure it's not busted.

I get hating on the higher levels, I am struggling to beat the final one myself. I find that I am having to "treat" myself to a level 1 run just to break up the frustration. I have gotten within 10 seconds of the final wave too, but I always feel extremely under-powered as I climb, even though I think I may have actually attempted on at least 70% of the characters in the game.

While i do understand all the information you want where do you want it to be? best case scenario would be if they added a bestiary or something like that you can access in the shop that tells you the minions stats, for the whole telling you what the next wave its going to have its something you learn by playing the game, and you don't need a thousand runs to have a general idea of whats going to come each round.

A really fun way to buff this character would be to have their ethereal require half the kills per stat upgrade. That way you can build up huge stats by the endgame in a really thematic way.

Part of the issues faced are the buff units making other units faster that cluster in the middle of enemy groups

there is a reason why people want challenge modes its fun. "fun" modes that are easy just burn the game out faster and makes it die out faster for the user why play it when you can just steam roll it. there is a reason why games like slay the spire work so well its the scaling difficulty and the feeling of greatness that comes with taking on that challenge

they should add only way to reroll a shop is buy buying every item within the shop .. if u get a free reroll it counts tho and then name said item after you XD

Knowing how much dmg opponents do is important but especially in Tower Defense games not sure if it fits in here but it would be an excellent quality of life thing to have because specifically this run in matters a lot so maybe an item that unlocks it could be a thing? Just an idea. Maybe like a scanner that would say the information or weapon having some advanced tech that will do so maybe Or like a 🔮

the biggest paradox this run 3 life worth more than 1% dmg..... if i am 2 shot with those 3 life and without those 3 life dont matter. if i can kill 5 out of 50 enemies faster that 1% dmg matters more :D

Sifd I have a theory about the less drops on the harder difficulty, I think he is trying to match how much you get so it is level across the difficulty. say the goal is round 1 you get 1 coin per worm, and you kill 20 on level 1 you get 20 coins, then by the time you get to difficulty 5 it drops .5 coins per mob, but you kill 40 giving you the same 20 coins. if this is the case you will scale faster at higher difficulties to get more money with passives, so to balance it out the scaling on the market is to match, I am getting round on level 5 that I am getting 1000+coins a round. I love the ghost weapons I have the most level 5 wins with them across all toons

yeah I came here to check since I felt like this character is absolute garbage. When I see you in wave 14, red weapons, purple weapons and still no damage, entire screen filled with enemys and dodging all the time. This is when 2 red bullets hit me and I don´t hit the dodge chance and die every time. I have been trying to complete a run with this garbage class for like 50 attempts this class needs something I don´t know also the ethereal weapons are garbage as well. Scaling up dmg and attack speed during wave doesnt do anything if you need 5 hits to kill the smallest mobs in wave 18, they need to change them to scale permanently, not only during wave

So I counted and you dodged 67 times and got hit 4 times ^^ So basically about 3 hits less taken than statistically expected not regarding you had to build up the dodge chance first. Basically anytime before wave 16 you take one of those 3 hits that you didn´t get and the run is over.
