I don't know what people think pasture raised and cage free chickens eat ... Its bugs, people. Chickens love their bugs, soldier flies, roaches, etc etc. And if they can catch a mouse or small rat, those little dinosaurs are ecstatic. They aren't vegetarians. Chicken feed is just to ensure they get everything they need to eat in case they dont have quite enough pasture per chicken. Which large scale 'cage free' operations tend not to. So it's an awesome thing if flies and roaches are found in their feed. It's part of their natural diet.

In the end, it doesn’t even matter what brand the eggs come from. No one will be able to tell the difference regardless if it’s “free range” and “organic”. The only eggs that actually do matter are fresh farm eggs from your own chickens or local market.

I would think it would also matter as to which brands are near you, because the further they have to be trucked the less fresh they are.

I am still looking for eggs that wil taste as eggs that I ate growing up in Poland. It all depends what you feed chickens.

I like to get either Aldi Free Range Cage Free eggs, or Eggland's Best Organic Cage Free at my local military commissary. I didn't know Eggland's Best was associated with Hillandale.

Every other video has the name of the voice over. But because many of us find Ms. A James unbearable to listen to you just conveniently not put the name. We can still HEAR it 🤦♂️
