Dr. Manmohan Singh ji wasn't an accidental PM but most qualified for his time. He didn't know dirty politics but was a master economist who was most suitable to uplift the poor and lower & middle class alongside the rich elite class. His dedication and patriotism to the nation is still unmatched today!😎

Misinformation, We were in 11th or 10th position(GDP nominal) when he left in 2014 in fact it was near where Vajpayee left. It is under PM Modi that India surpassed UK to become 5th largest economy and is in line to become 3rd with IMF currently claiming GDP to be at 4T $.

BS man. He chose to keep himself as a puppet of the Maino family and oversaw the worst phase of security and economy of the country. Every other month there used to be a bomb blast in internal parts and key cities but no action. He almost screwed us over with a extremely stupid deal with Musharaff on Kashmir. बेशक सिंह साहब एक अच्छे वित मंत्री एक अच्छे गर्वनर रहे हैं और एक विख्यात अर्थशास्त्री हैं जिन्होंने 1991मे निजीकरण वैश्वीकरण उदारीकरण फार्मूले से 1990 दशक के वैश्विक मंदी के दौरान भारत को बचाया था लेकिन PMके रूप में वो अच्छे PM नहीं रहें क्योंकि उन्हें उनकी पार्टी सोनिया गांधी और राहुल के अधीनता में काम करना पड़ता था टीवी रिमोट की तरह यही इस फिल्म का सार है

@@MrPoornakumar Had the economy been so great, people wouldn't have elected BJP. Inflation was at it peak in 2012, prices of commodities were sky high. Moreover, in 2004 Atal left GDP rate at 7.something and MMS left it at 7.somehing in 2014 as well. I underatand GDP growth rate isn't the only criteria of how efficient economu is but there Cong govt. didn't do wonders in its 10 year rule. It did satisfactory but not as much asto call it a 'sound economy'. Compare India's then foreign reserve with today's, you'll know how much growth India has seen...

Manmohan ji's character is quite difficult to pull off, Anupam ji did it in such a convincing way. And as the narrator and foreplayer, Akshay ji was just phenomenal. The work Dr Manmohan did behind the scene was so understated. Sanjay Baru played a huge role in unveiling Dr sahab's work. As he said, "History will be kinder to me than the media..."

What an excellent movie is this. Since the beginning I adore Singh Ji and was pitying him for becoming a puppet in the hands of a bloody family. Hats off to Sanjay Baru for supporting Singh Ji. Though, he was an Accidental Prime Minister, his 10 years term evidently proved how dangerous and bad the Italy family is. Kudos to the Film makers for clearing the wrong notions about Dr.Manmhohan Singh Ji and exposing the Italy Family. Let this family be enrouted and thrown out of the Indian Politics in the L S.Elections 2024 and let the Congress Party gain it's faded reputation to some extent. Jai Bharath 🎉🎉

Undoubtedly the contribution of Dr. Singh towards Indian economy was superb in a crisis period but the weakness of his character has been portrayed beautifully by Mr. Baru. This book is an authentic document of that time. The acting of Akshay and Anupam is simply outstanding.
