Im so relieved for the sake of their kids, but do we really think Austin or Katherine are going to actually learn from this? With their history and reputation Im afraid all they are gonna do is be relieved that they got away with this and be up to something else in just a few months.

The fact that Live-by-Live changed the name of their company and rebranded kinda leads me to believe that they weren’t 100% on the “up and up”, either…..I mean for arguments sake show me a “fight promoter” that isn’t a manipulative, steaming pile of sh!t. That said though, they could have made this event very profitable if McBroom wasn’t such an arrogant sociopath that thinks he is smarter than everyone else. Austin should have just stayed out of their way and let the pay-per-view experts do their thing and properly promote this event, and if he had done that then maybe he wouldn’t be in the position he is in now. I wonder how much the settlement was for, but I doubt McBroom has the money to pay it unless he pulls another scam or screws over another business partner.

People should probably just not blindly follow and give people money.

It’s so heartbreaking for those kids. These grown ass adults not only have the huge platform but they have the means to live an amazing life to not only give their kids but themselves a great life with no debt but they always find a new way to dig their holes. Maybe that’s what they want because it gives them so much attention and any attention for them is good apparently.

Austin and Catherine could’ve smartly just spent their money in a realistic and logical manner that would’ve settled them for life, have enough money for their children’s college tuition and just lived in a nice, modest house in LA that’s $2M while maintaining a public image of an honest, nice family who have it all. Instead however, Austin has to buy everything big and expensive to boost his ego while Catherine literally is with him just for publicity and is co dependent of his nasty, psychotic behavior. I hope they both go to jail and I feel so sorry that their kids had to endure all this financial drama that their parents got themselves into just because they wanted to instaflex their supposedly perfect and luxurious lifestyle when it’s far from who they authentically are. I’m also surprised that they still have a huge following when even their fans know that they are full of shit (not the kids of course).

Essentially Austin FINALLY gave over the contracts / bills so live x live could cut up the money and at least part pay the most important things first. The whole reason nobody got paid on that side is because Austin refused to let them know who had priority legally.

If Austin himself takes any paycheck out of this it makes him look bad once again, hence all of this is his fault and the lawsuits have been settled

My only reason for regularly following the *disgrACE* family was to see how low (as I saw it) their horribly exploitative behaviour both towards their own children & fanbase would get - I gave up a few years back but still watch the occasional video & read the comments below it sometimes. The vast majority of the AF fans appear to be young & highly impressionable, some are mere primary aged children who are only a self-confessed 8 or 9!! They typically respond to any criticism abusively, trying to justify their idols' destructive behaviours by claiming those who criticise them are "jealous" or "hating on" them. While their young fanbase fails miserably to enlarge their argument to include anything that is valid their comments would be laughable if they weren't all so uncomfortably & horribly inappropriate. I wish all social media accounts were centralised so that they could be linked back to the one true account holder (behind the username). This would mean the true name/identity & date of birth would be known & held in confidence by a centralised body. I'm positive this would go a long way towards protecting our young from exposure to unsuitable content (of which I feel the AF is one) & reduce the number of trolls & similar bullying responses. By centralising accounts in this way, surely it would not only make the person behind them traceable but enable complete transparency?

Was the boxing match in the US? Here in the states promoters have to be licensed with what ever local/state athletic commission. Usually they have to be bonded to assure the fighters are paid night of the fight. That is all controled by the Commission.
