Good review! Thank you. I enjoyed this episode and the performances. There were a few things that I felt were just a little bit off though. In addition to the things that you mentioned, I also felt that the timing of Alice's scream was odd, near the end of the episode when her fiance, Mr. Fowler, came crashing through the window. It seems to me that the time to scream would have been before she could clearly see who he was. It seems strange to me that she would see her fiance standing there before her, stare at him briefly, then scream as if in horror as it sinks in who he is, but then (off screen) immediately escape with him, run off together, and get married. The timing of the scream just seemed a little off to me. But a good, well acted episode, in my opinion. Thanks very much for reviewing all these great Sherlock Holmes episodes!
