The Affordable Bailout Prop is a mobile training prop that allows firefighters to develop, maintain and improve their skills.
When you need to "bail out" of a structure, it's a matter of life and death; seconds count!
If you're not training with your Personal Safety System/Personal Escape System, you may not be ready to use it when it's needed!!
The Affordable Bailout Prop allows you to train in a controlled environment.
The Affordable Bailout Prop is 5' wide x 7' long x 11'6" tall (approx), so it will roll under most Apparatus Floor doors - Use it inside during inclement weather, or outside on sunny days.
Inspired by the tragic events of FDNY Black Sunday, the Affordable Bailout Prop donates 10% of every sale to the Lt. Joseph P. DiBernardo Foundation ("Joey D. Foundation").

The Affordable Bailout Prop is available as a "Kit", or assembled.
The Prop comes standard with 12" heavy-duty locking casters, but is also available with stationary leveling feet.
The Window opening dimensions are modeled after the Denver Drill Window Prop. The Window Sill is approximately 8' above the ground. The Deck height is approximately 4' above the ground. There is a Vertical Ladder to access the Deck from the ground.
The steel structure is high-strength carbon steel that is galvanized. The lumber is pressure treated. The Window Sill is 2"x12" and easily replaceable.
Assembly time is 45-60 minutes.
