Whisper needs a file audio/video not just a URL. Also you can retrieve the existing transcript from KZfaq so why pay for a Whisper transcript as well. Just retrieve the existing one (most videos have it) and then use it in the next steps 👍🏻

I’ll add this to a video for you my guy! I can give a detailed breakdown at my laptop but the broad strokes of it would be 1) place file in folder triggers automation 2) download file 3) transcribe with CHATGpt 4) follow on as before

It’s really cheap, like pennies. If you have lots of agents it’s worth looking to downgrade the models to GPT3.5 where possible. Personally, I try to get it functioning with the very best and then look at saving costs later. Compute cost will come down drastically over the next few years

A HERO (Vaibhav) from my community just pointed this out, here is a temporary workaround (the blue print is there to upload, but you can just follow this): There are issues with 0CodeKit and youtube transcriptions right now. Maybe because YT is blocking 0CodeKit IP's. Here is a potential solution you can try. 1) make a http call to the youtube url 2) get the html page. 3) do some regex to find the transcript link. (https\:\/\/www\.youtube\.com\/api\/timedtext[\S][^"]*) 4) make http call to get the transcript 5) do some cleanup to get the data in your desired output. Additional information: the html page that KZfaq loads has the link for transcript which we grab using the regex. Then we make a http call to get the file. Post this point, I will suggest you have a look at the output coming through and share what do you want to do with it. Like do you want to strip all the html /xml text, if yes maybe try text from html extraction of text parser module of make.com.

I am looking into the workaround: Also getting this error below, regardless of which video I pass to it (including ones I know for certain have transcripts.), so indeed this may be a symptom of a larger issue with the OCodeKit. This is most likely caused by: Subtitles are disabled for this video If you are sure that the described cause is not responsible for this error and that a transcript should be retrievable, please create an issue at github.com/jdepoix/youtube-transcript-api/issues.

And I really want to get this usecase working, because it will justify further considerations around automation, and quite frankly, I'd like to get them to pay for my subscription to your SKOOL, so I can get my Jedi Mastery in this!... 🙏

Not yet. I'm in IT. I started watching your channel the other day. Very interested in evreything you've done and great job. I need a starting point in your video section for this GPT Automation. Pretty sure it's only a few vids back. So is the idea to automate multiple platforms and not just if you have an existing business to GPT's? And you're doing this yourself too. I can see why it took hours to put this all together. Ive been working so now I'm looking at the channel for the start to grasp all of this. And this should be good for starting all new and gaining followers, etc. Sorry if I'm not grasping the whole thing yet but I finally have time to watch.@@Itssssss_Jack

The formatter creates the python script to pull the transcript and the summarizer takes that transcript and turns it into a summary with key takeaways.
